If we ship the wrong mats or the mat does not fit or is damaged: we will pick it up and replace it at no cost to the buyer. If it was a custom color it will be replaced in the original color it was ordered in, no exceptions. If you order a custom color and want to return it we do not accept returns for the simple reason that we may possibly never have another buyer for that color choice. We offer free samples for all items so this should never be a problem.
