This an all Original 1987 USA Gibson Les Paul Custom "Lite". Guitar is a 9.8 in Condition. There are maybe 4 small, tiny, dents, and a 3/4" piece of binding loosening up. Besides these very minor flaws, the guitar is Mint. Guitar is in the very Collectible Tobacco finish. I believe this is the first year of the Lite. This is a super clean guitar for the year. This was barely played and it shows. Gold finish is bright and clean with no tarnish. showing. Dear barebonesbobbers,
Yes.I don`t understand the ** ... :} but thats ok. The last three numbers just tell you where it was made and when it was stamped.. But it WAS made on the 196th day of 1987 which makes it one of the early ones built, and it`s worth every penny of what you`re asking. Has its original case and everything. Its a beauty. I will tell all the collectors I know about it. I had some questions about the binding issue. It's more like a small crack in the binding near the lower frets where the neck meets the body. There is also the common finish crack along the joint where the neck meets the body. This is hard to photograph, and have to look real close to see it. No other issues. Last picture shows where the two pieces of binding meet. Between the two pieces is the very small imperfection. Like I said, nothing major. |
