Installation is a snap on 1985 thru 1994? models with either a 19" or 21" spoke or mag wheel requiring nothing but a 1/2" wrench to bolt in existing hole in lower frame crossmember then Tweek the wings to desired position...later models with require a 5/16" hole drilled in that cross member...all hardware needed is included...its real easy either way...
