We are a privately owned company. We usually make reproduction parts for Honda Motorcycles in Vietnam. We have specialized engineers, technicians, and quality control personnel who are responsible for the development and improvement of new or existing products. We stand behind our products so you can be assured of satisfaction when bidding and buying our products. We can help you find most rare parts for classic bikes. The parts do not necessarily have to be Honda products. We can find parts for Piaggio Vespa, Lambretta, Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW CD, Minsker, etc.

As a relatively new company on eBay, our feedback rating does not do justice to the level of customer service and the quality of products that we provide.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. All products must pass our quality control standards before shipment, in order to ensure that all parts fit and function correctly.

Our main office is in Irvine, California (USA), but to lower costs, all products will be shipped directly from our factory in Vietnam.

An exchange or a refund will gladly be given if you are not completely satisfied or if the product is defective. Any merchandise returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and must have never been installed

SHIPPING

The parts will be shipped through Airmail. From our experience, most packages should arrive between 11 to 20 business days (not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). Please keep in mind, all items arriving from overseas has to through custom, and therefore, sometimes will experience a delay due to further check up and duty tax. We will not charge extra for shipping for our profit. Shipping costs are determined by what the post office charges us.

CONTACT AND EMAIL

We will ship your winning product within 5 business days after we’ve received your payment. We will send you a confirmation email to notify you that the item has been shipped. We use regular airmail on most of our products to keep shipping costs down; therefore, we cannot provide a tracking number. If you need to have your part sooner, we can ship it using EMS which will cost more but you will receive the part sooner and it will have tracking number.
