For fragile items such as china and glass we strongly recommend to use Special Delivery especially on costly pieces. An Example on cost on Special Delivery for item that is fragile at 1kg cost £7.55 and is covered for damage on china and glass up to £500. We normally will advise customers when Special Delivery should be used. If this is method of delivery preferred please inform us. In should cases please wait till invoice is received before making any payment as it would some percentage higher that the cost of postage published on the listing. International Postage Information: Europe, we offer 'Air Mail' as standard. Below 2kg only. 'Air Sure' can be added on for guarantee timing on delivery but most of all it will cover breakage on china and glass. Costly item strongly recommended to use 'Air Sure'. For North & South America, Asia and Australasia. We use Airmail as default for majority of orders. But we also offer Surface Mail (Economy as stated on eBay.com) for large and heavy items when requested. It is recommended for non urgent and heavy orders (over 1kg and below 2kg per parcel), since it is economical and from our experience it often arrives within 3 weeks. But please bear in mind according to UK Post Office Surface Mail time frame is 6 to 8 weeks. Timing cannot be guaranteed on both standard Airmail & Surface Mail. However both reliable. 'Air Sure' should be added if timing and insurance are important as said above which will occur additional charges, information will be provided when requested.
