Rare, original, ca1910's, Shape Cut / Die Cut Children's Book titled “Henny Penny”. and published by Charles E. Graham & Company of New York.


    This wonderful Children's Book is Die Cut in the shape of - what else - a hen and measures approx. 6 3/4” x 12”. It contains 10 pages of 2 color images (red and black) with text that tells the classic story of Henny-penny and her companions Turkey-lurkey, Ducky-daddles. Cocky-locky and Goosie-poosie. The front and rear covers (making 12 pages in all) feature chromolithograph


     This charming, Shape Cut Children’s Book is in very good condition - complete and generally clean. It is bound in its original, chromolithographed, stiff paper wraps which have 2 short edge tears, a small chip at the top of the spine edge and some and just a hint of light soiling. The interior pages are complete and tight with a light water stain at the outer edge of the first leaf but otherwise well preserved.


     A rare and charming Shape Cut / Die Cut Child’s Book titled "Henny-Penny" and a fantastic addition to any children’s library or collection!!!
