Vintage Analog synth: Rhodes Chroma, model #2103. This baby is in great, fully functional condition. It has just been carefully gone through by our local Chroma aces, The Good Guys, and nit-picked to near perfection. Even looks good! Auction includes the original Anvil case, but as is typical, the foam has rotted over the years—I will pack it with replacement padding. Also comes with the original pedal and manual. I don't know it's full history, but the guy I bought it from kept it in his studio, little-played, for years. I have owned it two years, and also kept it inside and mostly unplayed. It looks and plays like it's had an easy life, that's for sure. No MIDI interface is included.
I hate that I can't afford to keep this, and I don't think that you'll find a nicer one soon, if ever—so please check my feedback, ask your questions (I'll answer as quickly as I can), and bid away. Pictures should be up by Wednesday afternoon. I'm glad to ship this any way you like, at actual cost. Please don't bid if your feedback is lower than +10 without contacting me to chat so that I might OK it. So so sorry, but I've had problems in the past. Thanks—don't miss your chance on this one! Thanks for your patience with my photographic issues! Also, I think you'll need to cut and paste that link to get there...) Please note the accessories - double pedal works, haven't tested the others, and I have no cassettes to accompany the interface and cassette deck, but they are part of the Chroma lore and included. Please note also that this Chroma very much looks good, and very much not perfect. I have included photos highlighting the least-perfect spots - whatcha see is whatcha get - pretty impressive for it's age, I think. Also, to be clear, while I will pack the Chroma safely in it's Anvil case for shipping, I am not refoaming the case. That will be up to you if you wish to tour it in the Anvil. Thanks again! |
