We accept PayPal as our preferred Payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a mailed in payment.
We ship by a variety of shipping carriers to get your item to you as fast as possible. Our preferred carriers are FedEx (including Saturday Home deliveries), UPS, USPS, and Freight Liners.
Most of our packages ship from our New York location. However, we may use an alternate warehouse based on product availability. In the event you are purchasing based on proximity to New York, please inquire prior about the item's physical location so we can help you make the best shipping option.
Ship to Address
We ship only to the valid address on file with PayPal. For security reasons, we are unable to alter the address or redirect the package after payment has been made.
There is a surcharge for AK and HI. Click the Shipping and payments tab above and enter your zip code for the shipping charges to your location.
Orders over $250 require signature. Please make sure you will be available at your address to accept the package.Feel free to inquire with any questions.
We will ship to military addresses, as long as they are smaller than a computer. We do not ship computers or TV's to APO/Military addresses
Returned To Sender
The Carrier will make 3 separate delivery attempts in a row before returning the package to us. Unfortunately, in the event of 3 failed attempts, you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS.
99% of orders ship the same or following business day after you pay. If you pay on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your item will ship on the following Monday unless it is a holiday (ie. Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.).
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). |
If you have an item you wish to return, please contact us by email or at 888-888-2087 to obtain an RMA #.
An RMA number must be issued within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, and we are unable to accept a return after 30 days.
All returned items require all manufacturer packaging, accessories, warranty booklets, cables and included accessories.
Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Returns for an exchange are NOT assessed a restocking fee.
**Non-Returnable Items:Opened Software, Opened Video Games, Opened Gift Cards, opened printer ink, furniture, and TV's 32 inches and larger.
If any Non-Returnable item is defective, the item can be returned or exchanged directly with the manufacturer. TV's 32 inches and larger are serviced for free within your warranty period inside the home.
Damaged In Shipping: All orders are shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging. A claim will be initiated and you will have a choice to have us reship the item or offer you a refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow in-store pickups for paid eBay items. If you are under a time constraint and are local, please inquire by email about options. Though we are unable to offer pickups, we can take returns in our retail location. In store returns require an RMA.
All itmes are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. For a free copy of the warranty please send us an email through the eBay messaging system.
