Here is a 1906 York & Sons silver valve trombone. The valve section of the horn is in good condition, serial number is 15139. Valve section has a couple small dings, but nothing that stands out, tuning slide is free and valves work good, horn plays etc. There is clear tape around the pipe where the lyre mount is, I think because there was a little flaking of the silver plating? Bell section has some dents and one support beam needs to be soldered. Bell has dings that need to be taken out, engraving is very nice. Comes with the original case. Interesting antique trombone, fresh out of an estate and worthy of restoration.
