This is a wonderful 19th century American magazine from Columbus, Ohio: "THE WESTERN AGRICULTURIST: A Monthly Journal/ Agriculture, Political Economy, Arts, Manufactures, etc.". Dated "March, 1851". Size approx.: 7" by 10 1/4. 32 pages + printed covers. Nice condition overall, w/the usual wear, light staining/soiling, etc.; otherwise, o.k. Subscriber's name written in ink at top of front page....This monthly magazine has a wealth of information on farming & agriculture, manufacturing, etc. Separate section on "foreign news" at back. Low beginning bid. Buyer pays $3.95S&H, extra for Air Mail postage outside the U.S. ***Please see scan. These 19th century periodicals are becoming harder and harder to find!
