Canadian & International Shipping

Our company also ships worldwide via UPS or FedEx courier services only.  You can call us direct at 213-6229600 for shipping rates to the country of destination.  Wheelplus USA is not responsible for any duties/taxes that will be charged by your local Bureau of Customs.  We are not aware of how much your local bureau will be charging you for the duties/taxes.  Kindly get in-touch with them for estimates.

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after checkout is completed AND payment is cleared in our account.  Necessary tracking information will be emailed directly to the email address associated with your eBay account.  Customers can use the link provided in their email to track the progress of their shipment and the estimated delivery delivery date.  Please be informed that Wheel Plus Inc. will not be responsible for any shipping transit delays.  The shipping carrier controls shipping transit times.

All Paypal payments must be shipped to the CONFIRMED Paypal shipping address provided with your payment.  For Credit/Debit Card payments, we will only ship to the billing address associated with your Credit/Debit Card billing statements.  Please be informed that our insurance company will not protect us from any loss or damages incurred while in transit if the package is not shipped to a confirmed/verifiable physical addresses.  Contact us for further inquiry concerning other acceptable payment methods.

By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in California.  CA Sales Tax is 9.75% of total sale excluding shipping/handling charges.

Payment is required within seven (7) days from winning the auction to finalize the transaction.  If payment is not received within the specified no. of days, a payment reminder will be sent via eMail automatically by our system.  A none response to this email means voiding/canceling the transaction that will eventually lead to filing of a "non- paying bidder" complaint against your eBay account.

• A return authorization no. (RA#) is required prior to sending the item back.
