DESCRIPTION:

 Harley sissy bar, pad, medallion and side plates. It is approximately 7 5/8" (mount) eye to eye, 8 1/8" inside to inside, and 17" total height. Super nice condition! What does it fit?? *** FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states and I will choose the carrier that works best on my end, depending on your location and size/weight of the item.

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS:

- Questions about fitment or installation? PLEASE ask the manufacturer and/or a professional mechanic/technician. I did not make any of the parts that I sell, nor am I a mechanic or an HD dealership. I do NOT like to guess about fitment for YOUR specific make and model.
- Please ask ANY necessary questions BEFORE you bid. If I do not respond, that means your answer is right here in the listing already OR your question needs to be directed to someone else.
- If you show disrespect in my direction, you will be blocked from making a purchase. I have neither the time nor the patience for disrespectful humans.
- There are NO extra parts included that I do not specify in my description and/or photos.
- You will receive EXACTLY what is described. If you do not, then we have a problem and I'd like to know about it asap. If the item is new, then I'll use the word NEW. Otherwise, assume it's used.
- All sales are FINAL and all items are sold "AS IS" .... so PLEASE know what you're buying. There is a 25% restocking fee on any returns (see return policy for more information).

FITMENT:

- I do NOT make any of the parts that I sell, so PLEASE consult with your mechanic, HD parts dept. and/or the manufacturer, as I would hate to guess about fitment and be wrong.

SHIPPING:

- The shipping total you see includes: a box, bubble wrap, popcorn, tape, etc..... whatever it takes to create a properly packaged item, so your package will arrive just like what you see in the photos.
- I do not combine shipping when using eBay. Sorry, too many fees involved. If are ready to purchase multiple parts, feel free to mention it BEFORE you push those buttons. Perhaps I can do something for you on my end.
- I will not use anyone's shipping account other than my own.
- If your package gets lost or destroyed, you're covered for the amount paid.
- I use FedEx and USPS, not UPS. I ask for 4 business days (sometimes quicker) to get your package on a truck. If you pay for Second Day Air, your package will be put in front of all other Ground shipments. Allow 4 to 7 business days to get to your door once it's left my hands. If you are in a rush, talk to me before making your purchase, as I am out of town from time to time, finding more inventory.
- FedEx WILL need your signature at delivery, for any items that I value at $500 or more (even if you pay less).
- FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box address, so please use a FedEx compatible address.
- If you are in CA, NV or WA, then there's no need for purchase 2nd Day Air, as FedEx normally gets items to these states within 2 days. If you pay for it anyhow, then I'll put you in front of everyone else and use Ground.
- A tracking number will be emailed directly to your email address, NOT via eBay, from USPS or FedEx.
- NO local pickups.

OUTSIDE US SALES:

- Your shipping may be high and it may take a little longer to get your package to USPS. Why? 1 hour of my time to deal with my post office and filling out forms.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

SPAM BLOCKERS:

- If you have one, PLEASE make sure that elvis66@sonic.net can make it through, as I do NOT always use eBay to communicate with my customers. If you do not allow my email to enter, then we will have a failure to communicate....and that's not good for either of us.

OTHER:

- I normally stay organized, but from time to time, I loose items. If this happens, your entire payment will be refunded immediately, along with an apology.
- The first number in the "title" of this auction is my own part number, so I can find this item once it's sold.
- I'm a "ONE MAN SHOW" over here, so please understand human mistakes from time to time. I'm not a large company, nor am I a mechanic. I have no employees. I do it all.
- I strive to satisfy my customers. If you can't leave me positive feedback plus 5 stars, please contact me before you leave your feedback. I'd sure appreciate it.

I don't like too, but I will accept an item back into inventory if you decide you do not want it, BUT there will be a 25% restocking fee, AND you'll be absorbing the shipping costs both ways, so PLEASE be aware of what you are buying.
