Nemo Moki 3 person single walled mountaineering tent- 4 season

This is the best 3-person 4 season tent I've ever seen hands down. This tent is lightly used and in almost brand new shape. I only used this tent once on a two week Alaska trip and the tent only was used on the snow. The only thing wrong with it is a small hole in one of the corners that has been fixed professionally at Rainy Pass a professional tent repair shop. (see picture). Not into mountaineering anymore since I am a new father. Tent comes with vestibule, footprint (a $50 value), and the half of the section needed to attach to another moki. This tent is bombproof and very breathable.
