VIRUS FREE -- Freshly installed Windows, and previous information has been erased by reformatting the drive. Open Office is: Installed, FREE, and Legal! Open Office reads and writes to Microsoft Office 2007 file formats, so sharing files between the two is no problem. This software is similar in look-and-feel to Microsoft suite of Office 2007: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Includes: charger, (may or may not be original) 7-DAY RETURN POLICY. Try it out. Other Issues that will Void Warranty. 1) Tampering with Warranty Stickers ("Warranty Void if removed") on access covers and battery. Do not have another service technician service the laptop. Do not install another Operating System (call me directly ). 2) Microsoft Essentials Anti-Virus software is installed on laptops prior to shipping and I confirm there are no viruses on laptops prior to shipping. I do NOT warranty against viruses acquired after you receive the laptop. Reconditioned laptops have a clean, fresh, newly installed version of Windows so they are virus free as well. 3) Wireless connection has been verified as working; connecting to YOUR wireless router or setup software can vary on each laptop. All wireless updates and drivers have been downloaded and installed in laptop. At my option, I reserve the right to refund purchase price instead of repairing. I am not responsible for any data lost during warranty period and/or during warranty repair. Back up all data files prior to shipping the laptop back to me for warranty repair. All data will be lost if you don’t back up prior to returning for repair. I am very easy to work with.
