Return Policy:
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date.
Products being returned for a money refund must be in original packaging and condition. An item that has been used can only be returned if the item is defective. All returned defective items must be repacked in the original packaging as if it were new. Failure to do so may invalidate the RMA. The defective item must be returned with a detailed description of the problem experienced. All returns or exchanges must be returned with an RMA number which is emailed upon request.
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
