You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for
a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
General Returns Policy
We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the timeframe below:
- 14 days for computers, monitors, notebook batteries, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, and radar detectors
- 30 days for all other products
Some items are not able to be returned including:
- Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
- Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
- Non-defective, opened computer software, movies, music and video games
Items that are defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect
If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping,
you will receive a credit for you may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or
A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories, unless you are a Reward Zone Program
Premier Silver member, the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee
- 25% for discontinued items
- 15% for opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS navigation and in-car video systems
Missing item or damaged product fee
If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or
manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.
Customary freight charges
We will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products
that arrive damaged or defective. We inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or
defective. We also credit all reasonable and customary freight charges if you receive the wrong item.
