    Returns - Claims for damaged product must be reported to Rook Systems Group within 48 hours of receipt. You must contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning product. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any return without an RMA number, as well as returns for buyer's remorse, abuse or refusal to take delivery.  Contact customer service via email in the event that a product fails within the warranty period. Exchanges require proper authorization.  Items not received by Rook Systems Group within 7 days of the RMA issue date will not be accepted. Refunds/exchanges are subject to availability of similar products.
