Payment and Checkout
PrintersPlusMore only accepts PayPal as our method of payment for eBay Sales. You are able to pay with a credit card through PayPal which is an option during checkout. Immediate Payment may be required on Buy It Now items.
Payments are due within 3 days of the end of auction date. If payment is not received, an unpaid item case will be opened. If not paid by the seventh day, the item will be relisted and we will report an unpaid item claim. Once this unpaid item claim has closed, we are no longer able to accept payment.
Please be sure to read the entire item description and understand what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid or buying the available item instantly.
Texas State residents must add an 8.25% state sales tax to the auction total.
Warranty and Returns
PrintersPlusMore stands behind the quality and condition of all merchandise sold. Every product we sell is covered by our industry leading 90 Day Warranty & Return Policy which covers any manufacturing defect, and products that are dead on arrival.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date for an exchange or refund. Product returns are subject to an industry standard 15% restocking fee for non-defective items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective items are covered under our 90 Day Warranty and will be immediately exchanged. After our 90 day warranty period, certain items are eligible for service or warranty exchange directly through the original equipment manufacturer if the item is still within the manufacturers covered time period. Warranty periods vary depending upon each item's manufacturer and the original date of sale.
Please contact the original equipment manufacturer for warranty information and to see if your item is covered after your 90 day PrintersPlusMore warranty has expired.
PrintersPlusMore cannot accept any product return without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please Contact Us to request an RMA number.
Return shipping cost of any item deemed defective or dead on arrival will be paid by PrintersPlusMore. Only ground shipping is covered by this policy, expedited shipping is available at an additional fee.
Once you have obtained your RMA number, please write this number clearly on the outside of the box and return the item to us.

Shipping and Delivery
To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, PrintersPlusMore partners with shipping industry leaders FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for packages under one pound. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products as well as a tracking number if applicable for your order.
We ship FREE to any street address within the continental 48 States (Alaska & Hawaii shipping is available by contacting us directly at an additional cost). All orders ship within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. Transit times typically vary between 2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping origin. Some orders require longer shipping time or may be delayed due to inclement weather and other reasons beyond reasonable control.
All orders are processed and shipped during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST) Excluding holidays, and as always we ship your items for FREE.
