Warranty/Returns:

All our factory lamps come standard with a 6 month warranty. (Some exceptions include: original Panasonic lamps carry a one year warranty, original Mitsubishi lamps carry a 90 day warranty). Should your lamp fail within the warranty period, we will replace it with a new lamp. If you think your lamp has failed, please call us for advice and, if needed, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All lamps will be tested, and if found defective, a replacement will be sent free of charge. Lamps that are found to be good, (meaning your projection TV may have a ballast, power supply, or other problem), will be returned to you. You are responsible for the return freight cost if your suspected defective lamp is found to be good. You are responsible for the freight cost when returning a suspected defective warranty lamp to us. New returns are not normally accepted, but, at our discretion, may be. If we authorize a new return, the item must be in good salable condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
