This auction is for a 160 Acre property in Rosebud County, Montana. The location of this property is about 23 miles northwest of Forsyth, MT. The legal description is Township 9 North, Range 38 East, Section 2: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4.
The property consists of rolling hills surrounded by nice views of the hills in the area. The land is covered with grass. There is a small intermittent creek on the western side of the land.
The land is located in a remote area far from any utilities or services. The land is located about twelve miles from Highway 12. The nearest maintained road is about 4 miles away.
