Shipping details: Most Items are shipped within ONE BUSINESS DAY after receiving cleared payment. Occasionally, we will have short delays. We will contact you by phone if available and/or by email should there be more than a two day delay in shipping your purchase.

Shipping charges can be determined by using the shipping calculator. We will combine shipping for most multiple purchases and discount the shipping charges accordingly. RV Xcessories will ship eBay purchases to 48 states only. If the eBay calculator does not automatically combine shipping, please request a combined invoice and allow some time for us to make an adjustment before tendering payment. We will combine shipping at the next opportunity, usually within 12 hours. Refunds for shipping charges paid otherwise may not be issued.

To view your shipping options and cost, click the “see all details” link in the shipping section near the top of the listing, or click the “Shipping and Payment” tab below the main photograph. Then enter the shipping zip code and the quantity of sale items. (e.g.: Enter “1” for one 4 pack of jacks (4 total), or for two pair of jacks (also 4 total) enter “2”.) Click the GET RATES button, and your options and costs will be displayed. We reserve the right to use alternative shippers. We will ship by UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail to the 48 contiguous states only. U.S.P.S. tracking numbers will be uploaded to eBay. UPS and FedEx tracking numbers will be sent by the shipper via email to the email address associated with your eBay account.

We try to add reasonable shipping charges using the eBay shipping calculator, but some of our products are heavy and expensive to ship. If you are not happy with the shipping charges, please do not tender payment. Please send us an email by eBay messaging requesting an adjustment, or, upon request, we will cancel any unpaid transaction without leaving a non-payment strike or any negative comments or feedback. With this policy in place, we request only Five Star Feedback for our shipping fees. We do not want any unhappy customers. If you are not happy with your shipping fees, please do not complete your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact RV Xcessories within 30 days after delivery of your purchase. After receiving authorization, you should return the undamaged merchandise in new and unused condition with all packing materials and a copy of the return authorization for a refund of the sale price less shipping charges. After we receive the undamaged merchandise in new condition, we will issue the refund through your chosen payment method, usually by a credit/debit card or PayPal. Please allow up to 15 business days to receive this credit, however, the actual processing time is usually much less. We will also initiate a mutual agreement to cancel the eBay transaction. We need to do this to recapture our fees. Although eBay may refer to this process as a "dispute" at times (It requires the use of the dispute process.), it will have no effect on our eBay ratings. Please follow through with this process after we accept your returned purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you change your mind, upon request, we will cancel any unpaid transaction without leaving a non-payment strike or any negative comments or feedback. Please send an email requesting any adjustment or cancellation before making payment.

Warranty and Damage claims will be handled fairly on an individual basis. Unless noted otherwise, all of the products we sell have a limited manufacturer’s warranty, and we guarantee delivery of your purchase without damage.
