Free shipping only applies to the Mainland UK.
Additional charges for shipping outside of mainland UK and to the Scottish Highlands will appear as the shipping fee on the listing. Please note that shipping to these areas may take a little longer than the stated timescale.
We currently only use Express couriers for International Deliveries. Delivery will be between 2 and 5 working days depending on your location.
P.O. Box Delivery can only be handled for items sent via Royal Mail Tracked and International Signed for services.
Please make sure you check your shipping address on checkout as we can only ship to this address. If you have made an error please e-mail us and we will cancel your order. You can then purchase again using the correct shipping address.
Items will be shipped within 1 business day from receipt of cleared funds.
Standard 2-3 working day Delivery, Express Delivery and International items, handled by Royal Mail, that are purchased before 4pm, in most instances, will be shipped the same day. Any items that cannot be processed the same day will be dispatched on the next business day (this does not include weekends).
Express Delivery items, mainly handled by Interlink, purchased before 3pm will be shipped the same day. Any items that cannot be processed the same day will be dispatched on the next business day (this does not include weekends).
We would be grateful if, when entering your DSRs for feedback, you would bear in mind that Dispatch time is how quickly Fierce PC ships your item and Delivery time is how long the courier takes to get your item to you. Whilst we do everything we can to dispatch your item on time we have no control over the couriers' delivery times and must place our trust in their promise to deliver.
If you have an issue with the delivery time of one of our couriers, please e-mail us. We will always try to handle your queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We mainly use Interlink for Express shipping and Royal Mail Tracked for Standard delivery, both of which are fully tracked services. For shipping outside of the UK we use Express Couriers such as TNT, UPS, DHL and Fedex. If you would like to know which service we will be using for your item, please send us an e-mail.
We only advertise items under 2KG outside of the UK, but if there is anything heavier you would like please e-mail us for a quote. We can use UPS, DHL or Fedex for heavier international deliveries.
For fixed listings we accept payment by PayPal only via Ebay, however if you need to pay by Debit/Credit card we can arrange this for you. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0844 332 1223 for more details. Please have the eBay listing item number ready.
Please note that payments must clear into our Bank/Paypal account before the order process can start. Shipping of your item should be within 1 business day from this point.
If you are bidding on an Auction, we accept payment by Cheque (allow 10 working days to clear), Postal Order (Uncrossed), Bankers Draft, Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card.

Return policy details
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Fierce PC. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. RMA Number Required When returning an item for any reason you must contact us first to obtain an RMA number. Please e-mail us at email@example.com or phone on 0844 332 1223 and we will issue one to you. If you return an item without the RMA number this may result in the item being rejected or returned to you. Items Damaged in Transit If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, You must sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. You can use our free collection service (an e-mail address and printer are needed) or you can return the item at your own cost. In some cases we may reimburse reasonable return carriage costs, e.g. Royal Mail Recorded, but only when agreed in advance. We will not reimburse Express or Special Delivery costs. Items Faulty on Arrival If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. You can use our free collection service (an e-mail address and printer are needed) or you can return the item at your own cost. In some cases we will reimburse reasonable return carriage costs, e.g. Royal Mail Recorded. We will not reimburse Express or Special Delivery costs. Return carriage refunds must be agreed in advance of the return. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. If you used our free returns service there will be a reasonable additional charge to cover this which you will be informed of by our technicians. Items Faulty in Warranty Period If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. If you Change Your Mind If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Fierce PC, we'll issue a full refund for the product. If an item is returned with damage we may issue a re-stocking fee of which you will be advised at the time.
