Most smaller packages, like blades, ship via USPS. USPS shipments average 6-12 days for delivery in the USA. These very same packages take 10-18 days for delivery to an address outside the USA. Larger packages, like grinders, by default, ship via UPS Ground in the Continental USA. This takes about 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping to HI, AK, and Puerto Rico, by default, will ship via USPS Priority Mail. This will take 4-7 business days for delivery. We offer tracking numbers for all our transactions. USPS or UPS. However, the USPS tracking system is notorious for not updating their tracking data. Sometimes not ever. But you, our customer, will always receive your ordered item or your money back. We guarantee it. We just ask for a sufficiently reasonable time frame, as outlined above, before any sort of action is asked of us pertaining to a processed and shipped order. Orders shipped to a country outside the USA will have to deal with some sort of Customs office once it reaches an entry point. They have the power to hold, delay, or flat out refuse a package. Although, that is not common. Please note that Customs can delay a customer's delivery.

Customers located in Canada will be shipped USPS by default. UPS shipping can be requested however UPS may require a duty fee not associated with our company to deliver ground packages, this fee does not apply to expedited air shipments via UPS into Canada. USPS does not charge a duty fee however they do not offer a tracking number for shipments.

When shipping a product to a customer outside of the united states, crossing a border into another country, the package is subject to an extra element: customs and duties. Customs is the government border agency that reviews all inbound and outbound shipments. Specialty Diamond handles the paperwork for you, though please be advised that the government border agency is a standalone agency that has the ability to hold or delay a shipment, refuse a shipment and return it, or assign a duties fee. While we make every effort to assist with the smooth processing of your shipment through Customs, returns and duties remain a possibility.
