Here is a good used  3 point 15' Power harrow it has 2 bars with teeth on it that move back and forth to stir and break up clods in the soil then it has a rolling basket to go over it after it has been ran through the harrow.  It is in good shape and has not been welded up.   I will load this item for FREE on anything you bring over.
