True vintage 1970's Chemise Lacoste shirt-dress. 
Vertical navy blue and ivory stripes down the front and back, with horizontal stripes along the pockets and sleeves. 
Semi-full length zipper down the front, with a collar at the neckline, in classic Lacoste style.
An amazing find!

Condition: Good, no visible stains, etc. Few loose threads on the interior.
