Loose fitting, slightly flared dress in just above - knee length or top has shaped collar, narrow inset front buttoned band closing, and front tucks released below bustline. Sleeves gathered at caps are short or full length with self ruffly and narrow bands. 
This pattern is complete, partially cut and in good condition.  There is wear and tear to the envelope.
