Pick up is now available. Price will be item price + shipping (less 10% discount) In the case of free shipping, there will be no discount

Returns

Our goal is for customers to purchase items that they need. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, we have a very flexible return policy as follows:

90 days return/exchange from date of purchase on all items purchased from us. 30 days unconditional money back guarantee, we cover your return shipping if our products are defective.

Return Procedures:

Email our customer support team to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #, when sending this request, please address the issue clearly and in details if possible, if we are not able to help you to solve the issue then we will issue you an RMA# right away to make return arrangements.

Our goal is to help our customers to keep the products they purchased, however if it’s not the case, we have absolutely no problems taking any returns back within the allowed time frame. Once an RMA# is obtained, please send it back to:

Hard Drives

We are not responsible for data loss on hard drives under any circumstances due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use. We recommend the purchase of two drives to have a mirror of all files
