1. Our standard shipping method is Singapore Post Air Mail. We will deliver the package to our shipping forwarder in 1 workding day after got your payment. Package needs 3~5 days to ship to Singapore, after Singapore Post dispatch the package, it needs 15-21 days to US, CA and main Euro countries, some remote areas may need 15-30 days.
2. We may change shipping method if your order package weight over 1.5Kgs, please pay attention on the Shipping Notification we post to eBay listing.

          We only provide refunds for the following 3 conditions:

• Not receive the package in 45 days upon payment.
• If buyer are not satisfaction with our item, buyer should claim for Refunds in 45 days upon payment, and buyer is responsiblity for return the package back in good condition, pay the return shipping cost. After got the return package, we will issue the refunds in 1 working day, refunds will be deducted 10% of the item sold price (for eBay FVF and Paypal fee), and orginal shipping cost will not refund. if you received free shipping on the item, we will inform you our shipping cost and will deduct it from the refunding amount

• If item is found defective after 45 days upon payment, and buyer request a replacement, buyer is responsibilty to return the defective item back under buyer pay the return shipping, after got the return item, we will ship out replacement in 1 working day and pay the replacement shipping cost.
• If item is found defective after 3 months upon payment, and buyer request a replacement, buyer is responsibilty to return the defective item back, and pay the return shipping / replacement shipping costs. We will ship out replacement after got the return item and buyer's replacement shipping cost.

4. If the item is damaged or disconnected by man-made, we will not provide any warranty or replacement.
