
Shipping fees will be assessed from auctions with free shipping. With original tag & package can be returned. Please note that only merchandise value will be refunded and buyer will be responsible for postage both ways. Simply follow our 3 steps: 1. Contact us immediately to get a 'Return Authorization Code (RAC)' 2. Write down RAC on the return package 3. Returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund merchandise value back to your PayPal account in 3 business days.
7 Days Accident Policy(including defect return/exchange, missing part/short sent etc.) - Please make sure contact with us within 7days upon parcel arrived and inspected if there is anything you are not happy with what you got, if time got expired we reserve the right to refuse your application on refund or replacement or exchange.
Defect - We will exchange the defective products, but only it shows the products itself has defects, we need clearer picture before you return the products us (get our approval first please). If it's your reason (e.g. size change) to return products itself exchange, yourself to bear the shipping cost for both come and back.
Short/part missing - notice us at your earliest convenience within 3 days upon parcel arrived. Provide with us clear photo for the parcel you got C package and contents. Either condition of about mentioned two, please make sure send us clear photo via email before you return the product (get our writing approval first please). Fail to do this we reserve the right to refuse accept return/refund/exchange/replace and yourself bear any loss occurs.
Not like the product - if the product itself has no problem while you don't like it, we accept for return and refund within 3 days upon parcel arrived(you bear both way shipping cost); or exchange (you prepay return shipping - while when we send you exchanged one we will input extra gift with equivalent value of the returned freight u prepaid
