condition: GREAT! No stains, holes, tears; no discoloration or residue at underarms; no pilling or surface wear. Seems barely worn.

How are MEASUREMENTS taken? Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat, then doubled for the bust, waist, and hips. I compute the bust by measuring from armpit to armpit, then doubling that amount; sometimes there is additional room for "cups," which is difficult to measure flat. Dress length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom hem; skirt length from top of waistband to bottom hem.

All measurements are of the GARMENT ITSELF, not of the body that will fit inside it. The very best way to assure proper fit is to measure a garment that fits you well and use that as your guide.

Does the fabric have any stretch? If there is any significant stretch to the fabric, the range will be given in my measurements.

I am not the original owner and do not know the history of the clothing that I sell. Everything is second-hand and will probably benefit from a trip to the laundromat or dry cleaner.

I use these adjectives for condition, from worst to best: POOR -- FAIR -- GOOD -- VERY GOOD -- GREAT -- EXCELLENT -- LIKE NEW -- NEW WITH TAG.

If I have not received your payment within FOUR DAYS of the auction's end, I will open an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Please understand that buying clothing online is always a risk, and I do not accept returns for problems with fit / color / texture. I do not accept returns if an item doesn't fit or if you simply don't like it. Color can vary due to lighting, computer screen, and personal opinion.

I do my best to examine, describe, and photograph every item carefully, but I'm only human -- if I have overlooked a flaw, please contact me within 4 days of receiving your package, so that we can resolve any issues in a friendly manner. Always contact me first - if you send something back without my approval, you may not qualify for a full refund.

In the event of a return: I will refund your original payment (including shipping & handling charges) when I receive the returned item. I will cancel the transaction through eBay after I have refunded your payment (this will not count as a strike against you).

Returns made for ANY reason must be completed within a 14-day time frame (starting at the delivery date, according to the usps tracking info). By "completed," I mean that the item is back in my possession within 14 calendar days (including weekends & holidays) after you have received it. 

Returns that do not comply with my policy will be subject to a 15% fee.
