Patrick Duffy will dine with the lucky winning bidder and a guest Los Angeles, while helping to support aspiring women filmmakers through the Adrienne Shelly Foundation. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by!
This two person package does not include any travel or accommodations. The winning bidder and guest are responsible for arriving at the agreed upon destination for the lunch at the agreed upon date and time. The participants must be 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult. At the lunch the winner will be allowed a personal photo with Patrick and bring one item for him to sign. Lunch will be paid for by The Adrienne Shelly Foundation and will last up to 75 minutes. We will make every effort to schedule the lunch as quickly as possible. Most are scheduled within the first few months after the auction ends. Depending on work commitments, it may take up to one year from the date auction ends to schedule the lunch. All bidders must be 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check. If the winner or guest fails the background check, they forfeit the prize. Please bid accordingly. This package is non-transferable. If the winner must cancel for any reason once the experience has been confirmed, they will forfeit the prize.
The experience is valid through November 2012.
The Adrienne Shelly Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated in loving memory to the uniquely gifted actor and filmmaker Adrienne Shelly, whose highly accomplished life was tragically cut short November 1, 2006.

Q. Delivery information for auction items and/or VIP experiences. A. Unless otherwise stated in the auction listing, all items are shipped via Federal Express. Winning bidders must provide a physical address, phone number, and signature for delivery. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Barring unanticipated circumstances and/or any special fulfillment conditions stated in the above description, the expected delivery time is 3-4 weeks after final payment is received and acknowledged.
International winners are responsible for all shipping fees as well as any/all Customs, VAT (value added tax), duties, fees, tariffs, etc. which may be assessed and due upon delivery of item. Kompolt cannot pre-determine any fees and is not responsible for these additional costs.
