HID Bulbs require ballast to power. Please make sure you have a good working ballast.

A relay wire harness and/or error message canceller is needed for certain higher-end types of car to by-pass the computer error message.

Newer model Dodge, Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz, Jeep will definitely need a relay wire harness and error message canceller to function properly.

SOME CARS MIGHT HAVE CANBUS CAPABILITY ISSUES. We always recommend you research HID installation for your particular vehicle prior to purchasing.

Not all vehicles require a relay harness to connect directly to the battery. However, as an additional safety we do recommend it.

Buyer is responsible for determining their correct bulb size. We are not liable if the buyer purchases a kit that does not match with their vehicle as well as improper installation of the product.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final unless item is defective upon delivery. If defective upon delivery, please click our gold ribbon below within 7 days so that we may assist you.

No DOA claims will be honored after 7 days of delivery.
RETURNS:

Return item(s) must be in original condition, with reasonable wear and tear. Any physical damage such as soldering or modified bases will be subject to re-stocking fees. We will inspect all returned products before accepting them.

If you purchase the wrong item we are happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days upon delivery.

WARRANTY:

We offer a 24 months full replacement warranty on all manufacturer defects. Parts are required to be sent in for warranty, no exceptions. Buyers pay for all warranty shipping cost. You agree to pay two-way shipping when you purchase from us.

Buyers are required to obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization #) from us before returning anything back to us. Packages sent without approved RMA # will be rejected at shipper's expense. Defective products will be offered exchange only, for DOA (Dead on Arrival Product)

If the product is found to be not defective upon inspection and was reported within 7 days upon period, buyer will also be responsible for paying shipping/handling fee to us before we return the item.

All faulty products due to improper installation or improper use will NOT be covered by the warranty. Any physical damage such as soldering or modified bases will void your warranty too. We will inspect all returned products before accepting them.
