All our parts, accessories and apparel are brand new 1st quality goods unless the item’s description states differently. Please note manufacturers warranties are handled between the buyer and manufacturer, not buyer and seller. Photo's used in the listings are supplied by the manufacturer and are representative of the product line but are not a photo of the actual item being sold. If there is a problem with an item please contact us and we will try to correct the situation. All returns or exchanges must be "pre-approved" and have a "Return Authorization Number" for us to accept the item. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs both ways for exchanged or replacement items. If an item is returned for replacement or exchange, payment must be received by Paypal or Credit Card for return shipping and handling costs prior to our issuing a "Return Authorization Number". Returns for refund or credit must be authorized within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
