All merchandise comes with a 30 day warranty. If you receive a damaged piece of merchandise you MUST notify us within 24 hours of receiving product. All returns must first contact us for an authorization #. RA# must be on outside of return package or the package will be returned to sender. Items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. If there are any original accessories missing we will deduct an appropriate amount from refund or take that item out of your new product we are replacing this item with. It can take up to a 2 weeks for warranty, exchanges, and returns to be processed. We also need pictures of the item as UPS, USPS and Fed Ex all require pictures of damaged items to file claims. Defective items can be replaced with same or equivalent model at our sole discretion.
You may also return defective products for a refund. Any and all money refunds can be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price. No restocking fee will be assessed if we are able to resolve the issue by replacing your damaged/warrantied merchandise. Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. If there are any original accessories missing we will deduct an appropriate amount from refund or take that item out of your new product we are replacing this item with.
(ie... if you are missing the original manual then we will remove the manual from the replacement product before returning the new replacement product to you.)
Warranty does not cover physical damage to components; i.e. burnt voice coils, tears, rips, dents, surround damage, etc.. We do NOT refund the original shipping price.
