About this nonprofit:
Healing animals... Touching hearts... Changing minds. HHS is dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of injured and disabled rescue animals of all kinds. We are a lifetime care facility that also adopts to loving and suitable homes for our animals special needs. Many of our animals become "Ambassadors of Love and Change" for the community by being examples of hope, love and joy even after a major trauma... and that being different does not mean being any less of value in the world.

Actor SEAMUS DEVER designed and created this pen by hand! In fact the Mahogany Seamus used to create this one of a kind masterpiece came from wood used to trim the French doors in his own home. He even stained it the same color, Antique Cherry, to match his doors! The other part of his pen is Rhodium, a precious metal, which beautifully reflects the colors around it. Seamus and Jon Huertas, his close friend and co-star on the TV show Castle, each made three pens especially for Healing HEART Sanctuary's Pens-for-Paws fundraiser. One of the pens is for them to keep, one is to be auctioned off individually (this one) and a third pen to be auctioned as a set, The Bromance Set, with Jon's pen (currently auctioning as well). Besides Seamus, be one of only two people on the planet to own a Seamus Dever pen creation!
