Binos retain 95% original black crackle paint finish. In their original case marked 1944 beh with all stitching intact and marked with the Eagle "M". Missing its filters in lid. The belt loop straps in near perfect condition. Complete with a letter of provenance dated Sept 12th 1968 detailing how they were taken off U-149. I have included photos of the letter.
