All orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping fees are calculated by eBay based on the weight of the shipment and adding a small handling charge.
- For US orders: All shipments come with a Delivery Confirmation number. This is not a tracking number and cannot be used as proof of shipment. For more details please see the section Tracking Numbers/Delivery Confirmation below.
- If you wish a speedier delivery, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail are available
- For International orders (all countries except Canada) shipping via USPS Express Mail International is the only option. It does include an actual tracking number.
- Please make sure the "ship to" address you input during checkout is correct, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Shipments that are returned to us as "Undeliverable" will be charged a reshipping fee equal to the original charge or $5 (whichever is greater). International shipments that are returned undeliverable will be refunded less shipping & handling fees and a 15% restocking fee.
International Duties and Taxes
- The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local import tax (outside U.S). Please verify with your customs department before purchase.
Tracking Numbers/Delivery Confirmation
- Only USPS Express Mail & Express Mail International shipments have tracking numbers. The tracking number for these shipments are emailed to you when the package ships. There is NO tracking number for other forms of shipping. If you require a tracking number then please choose USPS Express Mail or USPS Express Mail International shipping.
- If you chose USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Mail shipping (within the U.S. only) then you will receive a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number when the package ships. This is NOT a tracking number. It is only useful as proof of delivery. Do not ask why the package has not shipped yet. The US Postal Service does not always scan the packages when they are received. Please wait and the USPS will update their site (every evening) once the package has been delivered.
- Outside of U.S.: If you chose USPS First-Class International or USPS Priority Mail International, there is neither delivery confirmation number nor tracking number. Typically delivery can be 10 business days. Unless it gets held up with your countries customs department. We are not responsible for such delays.
- All shipments come with insurance included in the sale price. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please do not destroy any packaging and contact us immediately. We will file an insurance claim immediately with the U.S. Postal Service (or Fireman's Fund Insurance, under Policy number 15918) and advise you what is required on your part to replace the product.
- We make every effort to ship on time and should a package be lost, the USPS (and Fireman's Fund Insurance) will only allow us to file a claim 30 days after the package has been shipped. We cannot file a claim prior to this date. Please understand our situation. We will file a claim for all damages and losses. We can only re-ship or reimburse you (the client) after 30 days. Please do not ask for a refund before this time. And, if you decide to file a Paypal claim, please note that Paypal will require you to wait the same amount of time. So it is in both of our interests to solve any claim together.
- We are pleased to let you know that we only leave Positive feedback. Of course, under eBay 'rules' we have no choice but to leave only positive feedback. While we do not agree with this policy, we do abide by it. Therefore, please note the following Feedback Policy:
- We leave positive feedback immediately upon receipt of payment. It may take a few minutes for eBay to process the feedback but it is automated and will be left for you as soon as you make the payment.
- When leaving feedback, please consider highlighting all five stars. With eBay, leaving four stars is the same as leaving negative feedback. You may think that it is good, but in fact it harms us as a seller. If you really believe that four stars is the appropriate feedback to leave, please contact us first so that we can try and fix any problems that you feel are warranted. If we cannot fix the problem, then please leave the appropriate rating.
- Check our "Feedbacks Left for Others" vs. "Feedbacks Received" and you'll see we've left A LOT more than we've received. * Rest assured if you have made your payment, you will receive feedback in return.
- After you have won the auction, an email with eBay checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Moneybookers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover (note: American Express and Discover are now only accepted via PayPal). To pay by Visa, MasterCard using our own Merchant Processing system, please contact us via email and we will send you the form to be completed and faxed back to us.
- We accept credit card payment for US & Canadian orders only. We do not accept non-US or Canadian issued credit cards. For international orders (outside U.S. and Canada), we accept Paypal or Moneybookers only.
- All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. All unpaid auctions will be forfeited.
- Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. No exceptions.
- We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder if payment is not received 10 days after the auction ended.
1-Year Limited Warranty
- This product is warranted to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase. All defective products covered by this warranty must be returned to Lion Battery along with the original sales invoice.
- Your warranty starts on the day you buy the battery. It expires at the end of the warranty period of one (1) year. Lion Battery warrants that it will replace the battery at no charge to you if it fails during the free replacement term of 30 days. After the expiration of the free replacement period, Lion Battery will replace a battery that fails upon return of the battery to the manufacturer and where the manufacturer has confirmed that the battery is indeed defective.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Lion Battery prior to returning the battery. All returns without an RMA number will be refused.
- This limited warranty only covers defects of material and workmanship and does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, breakage, modifications, accidental damage, memory effect, overcharge and sulfation. The present warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product and Lion Battery shall not be liable for incidental and consequential damages under any circumstances.
No refunds are offered. Only exchanges and store credit are offered. Exchanges are offered for items that are defective when received, although this is highly unlikely. Please contact us before taking any action. Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 30 days after receiving your order. After 30 days, exchanges will only be given for defective product. Sorry, no refunds. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost.
IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc. that came with your order. These will be used to verify claims if there are any problem with your order. We can't help you if you can't help us verify your claim, if thrown away, we're not responsible for any claims made.
