Domestic Shipping
  • Packages to the 48 continental US states will ship via UPS Ground, which takes 1-6 business days to arrive. Street addresses only (no PO boxes).
  • There will be a charge for packages to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 5-14 days and is not trackable.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge!
Buy lots of things from us, and the checkout will give you combined shipping discounts! Except oversized items such as boxes of 600 balls.
International Shipping
We offer two options for our International orders. We can ship the directly through UPS flat rate shipping (7-10 Days with Tracking) or we can ship the orders through Bongo International. Bongo ships through DHL Express (2-6 Days with Tracking) and offers package consolidation.
Note: UPS flat rate does not include customs, import duties, or taxes. These fees will be charged upon receiving your package. Bongo will be able to take care of this all for you.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, just contact Hot Golf Brands and we will send you a replacement order with a prepaid return label included to have the original product sent back to us at our expense. If you would rather have a refund on your product, we will send you a return label for you to send your item back for a full refund including shipping charges. Just let us know which you would prefer. *Refund will be issued once balls are in Hot Golf Brands possession.
HotGolfBrands’s founders have been recycling and refinishing golf balls since they were in their teens. Pulling balls from the lakes, ponds and the woods they provided golf courses and retailers top quality recycled popular brand golf balls at more affordable prices. It first started with mom's ringer type washing machine and moved on to professional ball washers as utilized by many driving ranges. As recycling evolved, they learned more about how golf balls were made, the techniques and equipment used to prep the ball for recycling. Customers demand grew for our product, the entrepreneurial spirit grew and HotGolfBrands was formed to bring the most consistent and top quality recycled golf balls directly to our customers.

Refinished Golf Balls
How is our process is different and better than washed golf balls? Refinished Golf Balls take the wet blast process to another level in which we carefully remove the original paint and finish from the golf balls, leaving the original surface to be re-coated, printed and then re-clear coated. Every refinished golf ball is hand inspected for quality and consistency before packaging and shipping, and marked "Refinished by Links Choice" to reassure the consumer that we stand by our product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.The refinishing process being more costly than recycling is utilized mainly for higher end balls such as Pro V1, HX Tour, and Nike One etc. Inspection at every step of this process allows us to be sure that each ball is presented to the consumer in the highest quality condition and most important, with a consistent finish.
