You may think my shipping rates are high. This is because my listing price is for fixed rate shipping (since Parcel Post rates change by location and I pay a 10% shipping tax to Ebay upfront for shipping).  After the sale, I shop for the best price on shipping and will REFUND your Paypal on any overcharges.  Please see below for my shipping fees and sample rates.

SALE POLICIES

·         Most of the items I post are used or vintage, therefore, although I do my best to describe and take pictures that clearly represent the condition of the item, they are probably not flawless.  Also, I  cannot guarantee the environment the item came from (smoke-free, pet free, etc.), thus items as sold “as is”.

·         Payment is appreciated within 3 days of the win.

·         Shipment will be made within 3 business days of receipt of payment barring unforeseen circumstances (or holidays).

·         If the listing indicates I accept a return, buyers must return items at their own expense including insurance for the purchase price, and we must receive items in the condition in which they were when sold.

·         Any refund that is made may NOT include a ship refund depending on the circumstances. 

SHIPPING

·         Due to the new Ebay shipping charges for sellers, I only offer 1^st Class and Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping.  All pre-sale price quotes will be based on these prices.  Once you win an item, if you email me a request BEFORE paying for the item, I will send you an invoice with buyer-specific shipping charges (which will mostly be less).  Please note that this change is due to the fact that I am now being charged 10% of the cost of shipping by Ebay

·         I realize that shipping costs can be high.  Please know that if I can ship for less without compromising the packing of the item I will. If these costs are less than what you paid, I will issue a refund for the difference and let you know by email.

·         Insurance: Please inform me prior to payment if you require insurance on the item.

·         Combined shipping discounts:   

When items are purchased together, there will be only 1 handling charge/box and shipping will be based on final package weight.  Please note that this charge applies to each box shipped, therefore if multiple boxes are shipped, each will be billed an S&H fee. 

·         Handling fees (in addition to postage) cover the cost of packing materials and shipment tracking.  They are: $1.00 for non breakable / $2.00 for fragile items with a 10% shipping fee added to offset the Ebay fees that are charged to me for shipping.

·         Fragile items require more packaging (I used bubble wrap and double box), thus they will be heavier and cost more to ship than what you expect. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

·          Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding or buying. 

·          I have added a $10 handling fee to the posted price of the item.  If you want to reduce this charge, you MUST wait until I issue an invoice in order to insure that the correct postage is paid for.  I WILL ONLY SHIP International Priority Mail –NOT the flat rate service because this is the only way we can trace the shipment. This is expensive.

SPECIAL HANDLING

·          If you require special handling, please send me an email immediately after the win.  I tend to ship within 24 hours; so the sooner you let me know the better.  Please know that if your request adds to my cost, I will be asking you for reimbursement.
