Return Policy

Discount Tommy’s 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee assures customers they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in original factory condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, all returns must be pre-approved by Discount Tommy and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number--unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Cancellations or returns of any kind will incur a 20% restocking fee to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and for sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition--used products will not be accepted. Discount Tommy will replace the item with an identical item, issue a full store credit for the value of the item, or issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee. If your purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, we will also deduct the actual shipping charge (as calculated by www.fedex.com) from the return amount.
