OK, if you like property in the Northwest region of this country, then take a look at this one. You will be bidding on a big residential lot, that is over 10 acres in size and is located in the Pyramid Lake Ranches. This stunning property is only 5 minutes from the California State Line and approximately an hour north of Reno although Google Maps gives it a Reno address and zip code. The county lists the parcel at 10.22 acres and the property itself is located on Paradise Lane just west of Regatta Way. The lot is zoned residential and is pretty flat and offers some nice views of the nearby mountains and the Honey Lake Valley as you can see in the pictures. There are a few homes nearby and the area seems to be a favorite for outdoor enthusiasts. In fact, the majority of the subdivision offers big lots so elbow room is definitely not going to be a problem up here. You don’t find large lots for sale on this street everyday so check it out and look at the comps. The city of Reno, also known as “The Biggest Little City in the World” has really blossomed over the past decade. Population figures now have exceeded 220,000 and Reno is the Washoe County Seat. Recreation is abundant with fishing, hunting, camping and much, much more. Pyramid Lake lies about 10 miles to the east and offers excellent fishing. The property itself consists of a somewhat square shaped lot that totals roughly 670 feet of frontage along Paradise Lane, approximately 664 feet of depth along the right side of the lot, roughly 662 feet on the left side of the lot, and finally 671 feet along the rear property line. The property totals roughly 440,000 square feet and as mentioned, there are a few homes scattered throughout the subdivision but because of the size of the lots, privacy is not a problem. Camping and RV's are allowed and there is no time limit to build. The topography of the lot is pretty much flat to a slight roll in a couple of spots. The views and scenery are magnificent and there is close proximity to the State Line less than 5 minutes away. Please, take the time to come and take a look at this property.
