We will cheerfully refund your payment if items are returned within 30 days. Send an email to SALES@FYREFLYS.COM. Items returned must be unused and in their original new condition (and retail packaging if applicable). For items featuring free shipping, our actual shipping and packaging costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Incorrect item and or color shipped: Please understand that we are human and sometimes we make mistakes. If we sent you the wrong item, we will reship the correct item only after the item we sent is returned. We will reimburse you for return shipping if you send it back US 1st class mail. This does not apply if YOU ordered the wrong item. It is your responsibility to verify fitment before purchasing. Exchange: If you bought the wrong item you can return it for an exchange. After we get it back we will send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of shipping the new item. This applies to any exchange regardless of weather or not the original purchase featured free shipping. Lost or damaged items: We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. We never ship damaged items. We test each and every item immediately before we ship. If you frequently experience problems with your mail please inform us before you purchase and we will send your package with insurance and signature confirmation at an additional cost. Wrong address: Buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address that the United States postal system can deliver to. We solely use the US postal system for mailing all items we sell. If you provide an incorrect or previous address you will have to wait until the package is returned to us before we will reship to your correct address. You will also have to pay for reshipment to the new address regardless of weather or not the original purchase featured free shipping.
