Please do not assume anything. If it is not mentioned or not pictured then it is not included.
After you purchased the item through eBay your payment is due within 3 days. If no payment and we received no communication from you we reserve the right to relist the item. If you purchased the item through eBay, please do not ask us just to cancel the order. If you changed your mind or for whatever the reason are not going to pay after purchase you are required to pay fee - 15% of your winning bid. This fee is intend to cover our expenses and time spent on the auction and relisting the item.    
Shipping:
Stated shipping is for 48 lower USA states only. Contact us for worldwide shipping quote. We charge sales tax for items shipped to: TX* (8.250%). We ship to PayPal confirmed address in your payment ONLY. Please do not ask to ship somewhere else. This is to protect you and us from Credit Card fraud.  Shipping price is not negotiable and is not refundable.
Warranty:

This computer has been thoroughly refurbished by our small group of excellent technicians.  It may have a few minor scratches or other small imperfections.  We know how important it is to our customers that they feel comfortable purchasing a refurbished computer so we go the extra mile in our process.  Each computer is put through a rigorous testing procedure even if it appears to be in perfect condition.  You have our guarantee that it will arrive clean and in perfect working order. (NOTE:  IT HAS SOME SCRACHES ON TOP COVER WHICH IS  SHOWS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR)

Also from now on we are charging Handling fee which is 5% of total amount shipping is free .We will add that much amount after ending of auction. 

Returns:
All sales are final, no returns on used electronics, unless DOA or not as described. DOA items will be fixed/replaced and shipped back to you or refunded at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping back to us.
