DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Albuquerque travel south on Interstate 25 to I-10. Travel west on I-10 to Deming (Exit 82). Travel east on SR-549 about 1 mile to the "Deming Information Center on the south side of the road. Information regarding the specific location of this property can be obtained here. In general, Sunshine Valley Ranchettes are about 30 miles Southeast of Deming and Deming Ranchettes are scattered throughout the area (please see links to maps below).   Roads leading to the property may not be completed and road signs may not be present.
