 We ship our tickets via USPS or UPS. Purchases after 3PM Eastern, or during a weekend or holiday may ship the following business day. If you require tickets urgently, please contact us prior to purchasing.

  • Refunds: If an event is officially canceled you are eligible for a full refund. Postponed or rescheduled events cannot be refunded - please contact us for consignment options. To receive a refund on a canceled event, please ensure you contact us within 10 days following the canceled date. Additionally, the original tickets must be mailed back to our office before a refund can be issued.

  • Rescheduled Events: Your original tickets are valid for a rescheduled event. If an event is rescheduled, please do not discard your tickets - new tickets will not be issued. If you cannot attend the event at the rescheduled time, we unfortunately cannot refund the order. However, please contact us for consignment options.

  • Seating Chart: Venue seating chart is based on the most accurate seating details which have been disclosed to the public by the ticketing agency, event venue website or event venue box office. We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layout.  Floor plans vary from show to show and, things like, stage set up or sound board location can alter the seating layout. As the venue seating is not within our direct control, we cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing the exact location of any seats. We are only responsible for the information on printed on the ticket itself. Any questions you have with the seating location should be forwarded to the event venue box office.
