New unopened (non electronic) items may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Buyer are responsible for initial and return shipping fee's.
There is a 10% restocking fee applied to returns.
New but opened items can be returned for an exchange only if defective, within 14 days of receiving item.
Used items are sold AS/IS AS DESCRIBED and can be returned only if defective, for a refund/exchange within 14 days.
Electronics Return Policy
There are no refunds on electronic parts, including batteries.
Some larger ticket items have Manufacturer warranties, in which case you may need to take to a local service center for warranty repair service. New items such as complete engines, snow blowers, generators, and most items above 35 lbs, fall into this category.
To return an item a RMA ticket must be authorized. Any items sent without a RMA may be refused and shipped back at customers expense.
