As a distributor of new tools and equipment, it is our policy to pass through the product warranty and service directly to the end user as outlined by the manufacturer. If a manufacturer's product fails under warranty, the end user must contact the manufacturer for service. Your invoice will serve as proof of purchase for warranty service. If a manufacturer's product fails outside of the warranty period it is the end user's responsibility to work directly with the manufacturer for service and repair. The return policy of Usatoolwarehouse is as follows: Merchandise must be in its undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition. In addition, the return must be authorized and fall within 14 days of purchase. After the 14th day all authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The exceptions to this return policy are: Computer related hardware, software and special orders are not returnable unless authorized by the manufacturer.
