Warranty & Return

We ask you to read carefully returns and warranty policies before buying. We will do everything in our control to help customer understand those policies or provide clarification on the item bought. 


All the parts we sell come with a 90 days warranty unless mentioned. The warranty starts from the day you receive the item according to the tracking number. 

Lecavalier Auto Parts is NOT responsible if you ordered the wrong item or don't need it anymore. 

Lecavalier Auto Parts take no responsibility regarding the fitment on your vehicle since we don't have any information about your vehicle. It is your responsibility to confirm the fitment for your specific application. Whatever if it's standard or optional equipment it could need additional items to do proper installation. Please call your dealership to confirm the fitments and the fees it could be related too.

Due to high demand, short supply or human error we may be out stock for an item. In this case we will contact you immediately and will offer a full refund right away.



We do not cover labor fees under any circumstances. The Warranty is void if you disassemble or modify the part in anyway with out contacting us first. 




Engine Warranty:



All engines are sold as long block(block & heads) only (sold for a direct replacement).All the parts left on the engines like (wiring harness, fuel system , sensor, water pump,manifolds, etc...) are not guaranteed and may need to be change to fit your application or replace for a proper installation , which is the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees. Shipping credits and return expenses are at our discretion. We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased



Transmission Warranty:



All transmission will include torque converter and will be covered by our warranty. Manual transmission will NOT come with any clutch component. 4x4 or AWD transmission never includes transfer case.



We do not under any circumstances cover labor fee's. Shipping Credits and return costs are at our discretion.



Parts Warranty:




This warranty will be applicable to alternator, starter, AC condenser, Radiator, wheel, lamps and light  and many more....(except engine and transmission) All parts come with a 90 days warranty that exclude wiring and sensors they are not covered (except mass air flow)The pulleys may need to be changed on alternators and power steering pumps depending on application. All Ac Compressors include the pulley and clutch. The pulley and clutch assembly is fully guaranteed. Steering gears (racks) may include tie rod ends; we DO NOT cover the tie rod ends. We always recommend replacing them. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fee's Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion. We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased.




Returns:



For every item that need to be returned you need to contact customer service at 1-866-436-5022 ext.:1925(E-commerce dept) or eBay message 



In the case that you don't need the part anymore or if you bought the wrong part we will accept return made within 30 days but will not refund initial shipping will not cover return shipping expenses

Shipping

Where do we ship? How do We Ship?
Lecavalier Auto Parts ship to Canada and US address within 48 lower states (continental USA) via Canada Post (USPS). We don't ship to Alaska, Hawai, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or any US Islands. Pick Up at our Facilities is available. Please contact us  before to arrange Pick Up. All the items will be proceed within 1-2 business days after payment received
Be aware that we are located in Canada and that this item as to cross the border. Also please remember delivery time is not 100% accurate. There are many things out of our control that could delay the deliverance of a package.

Large or Heavyweight Items 
All our heavyweight items (engine, transmissions, transfer case ,etc...) are ships via Freight Trucks. The address need to be able to unload a freight truck with a tailgate. Otherwise you have to advise and the price could differ and if Lecavalier Auto Parts is not advise the delivery could be delay or jammed at the warehouse near your location waiting for our call for further instructions



Make sure that you provide a valid and up to date phone number when you do the checkout because Freight company will contact you to schedule appointment prior to delivery. You can edit or include it in the notes field. If Freight company is not able to reach you they will not make any attempt to deliver and will charge storage fees.


Engine, Transmission, Transfer case and Carrier assembly additional information needed
To get those kind of parts shipped across the border and to correctly fill all the paperworks related to that action. Buyers will have to provide us their Social Security Number or Internal Revenue Service number or Federal Employer Identification Number or Tax ID. Because we have to provide that information to our Customs Broker  (Norman G. Jensen). Unless that information we cannot proceed to the shipment of those parts since it's going to be stop and put on hold at the Customs also carriers won't pick up the goods if paperworks are not filled properly. We are paying Customs duty, taxes and fees for all engine, transmission, transfer case and carrier assembly. And we take care of filling all the Paperworks (DOT, EPA , Country of Origin and US Customs forms). Payment Policies

We expect your payment to be done immediately if not the item will remain available online. Lecavalier Auto parts will accept payment made with your credit card and bank account using PayPal only .We also accepts Wire Transfer upon special request. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Canada according to the tax % for each province.
