Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a standard 6 month “parts only” warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and does not include labor. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts.

To return an item you must contact us via email: please contact us through the Seller Info "Ask a Question" section of the listing within the warranty period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded if the buyer ordered the incorrect part, the part was damaged due to negligence, and/or the part was modified in any way.

Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Eiss Brothers Auto Parts, 28250 State Route 37, Watertown, NY, 13601 along with the RMA number.

Eiss Brothers Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground.

For shipping to states outside of the continental US such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico you must call for a shipping quote prior to purchase. No APO, FPO or PO Boxes will be accepted as valid shipping addresses.

Shipping for axle assemblies, engines and transmissions is a flat rate cost of the following for for the lower, contiguous 48 states. PLEASE NOTE: Axle assemblies, engines, and transmissions MUST be shipped to a commercial address or picked up at a local freight terminal.  Buyers MUST supply a commercial address, contact name and telephone number in the shipping information at checkout. Flat rate prices on Engines only apply to V6 or smaller engines. Please get get a shipping quote for all larger engines. For residential shipping the buyer MUST get a shipping quote prior to using a residential address for shipping.
