These will not tear or break free.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Return Policy
All returned item(s) must be Brand new, never been used and in their original condition. Any returned item(s) that are used or have missing parts will invalid the whole return and no refund will be issued. Any items that are returned after 30days, we will not issue a refund. We do not accept any COD returns. We will ask the shipping to return the item back to you.

I got the wrong item, what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days from the date the item was received and our Customer Service department will issue you a RMA number along with a return label for you to ship the item back to us at our cost for an exchange. If a replacement cannot be replaced within 7 days, we will process a full refund for you.

My item is defective!
Although, this rarely happens. If the item is manufacture defective, does not fit or is not working properly, please contact our customer service department right away. We will issue you a RMA number and issue you a return label for you to ship the item at our cost for a replacement.

My item is damaged!
When we ship out our items, our shipping department will carefully examine the item to make sure item is brand new. Item damaged during transit is beyond our control. In cases like this, please contact our customer service department right away. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and reship a replacement set for you.
